New menus launched
Following a long (and yummy) tasting process we're pleased to release our new style events menus.
The events menus include everything from day delegate food stalls catering to working lunches, canapes, bowl food and seated dinner menus.
This year, our Chef Director Jason Wild has added a new perspective to the menus with a choice between ‘Classic Combinations’ which includes your more traditional items or ‘New Flavours’ which includes some more adventurous flavour combinations and ingredients.
With food edging its way up further on people’s criteria of what makes a successful event, we suggest mixing it up a little and selecting a combination of both classic and new flavours.
The menus feature a number of new ‘Bento Boxes’ which are a great option for conference catering, featuring exciting dishes such as ‘Baked watermelon, sushi rice, kimchi, herbs (ve)’, ‘Crab, chicken skin, horseradish’ and ‘Corneyside Farm beef tartare, kohlrabi, pink fir apple’ there is sure to be something to suit every delegate.
We’ve tested and tasted quite a few ourselves, so just ask the team for a recommendation if you’re unsure of which dishes to select.
