Our team is growing!

We’ve recently strengthened our events team and welcome some new recruits at all levels. This an investment in the high levels of customer service that we continue to provide to our wide range of clients at the venue.

Joining the sales team in the most recent months are Louise Wan as Head of Business Development, Jonathan Taylor as Event Sales Manager and Niamh Gibson as Events Co-ordinator.

Louise joins the team from Glaziers Hall where she was responsible for creating the venue’s brand identity and relaunch after its £2m refurbishment. Her role is a new position in the company, working predominantly at Kings Place, but also supporting our sister venue Sea Containers Events.

Our team is growing!

Jonathan’s role will be key to planning numerous events throughout the year and be a key point of contact for many clients. His previous role was at BAFTA as an Events and Marketing Manager, and was heavily involved in the installation of a public exhibition to coincide with the venue’s refurbishment.

Finally Niamh has joined the team in another new position, this essential role is critical in supporting the rest of the event sales team and managing smaller events. This is a promotion from her former role as Head Receptionist for our in-house restaurant Rotunda.

In addition, we’ve also promoted Gintare Lukauske to Senior Events Sales Manager, heading up the reactive team of event managers as Head of Events Rachael Hulme heads off on maternity leave.
