Exclusive Hire

Our venue can be hired exclusively for events requiring that extra bit of privacy or simply those wishing to use our 10 event spaces.

Typically this would see Hall One as the main plenary space with options for 3 breakouts each for 100, 1 for 200 and smaller spaces for meetings, offices and additional speaker briefing spaces as well as catering.

An exclusive hire also enables a wider range of branding opportunities, allowing you to make an impact and create the best event experience for your delegates when they come to Kings Place.

  • Hall One

    This is the largest single space in the venue and has access to a spacious green room and individual changing rooms. Technical management is provided from the tech booth at the back of the auditorium.

    A tiered fixed seat auditorium for up to 400 delegates featuring state-of-the-art AV, sound and lighting technology.

  • Hall Two

    This space is located on the -2 level of the building; catering can be served inside the room or in the Music Foyer by which the space is entered. Hall Two can be used for several events and can host up to 200 delegates theatre style, 100 cabaret, and 160 for a dinner or 250 standing.

    Ideal for events of up to 200 delegates, Hall Two is a studio-style conference space with a number of flexible seating options.

  • Battlebridge Room

    Located on the ground floor, the space can be split into two sections making this a super flexible and functional space whilst benefiting from luxurious touches of copper, marble and light wood.

    A stunning space flooded with natural light, the Battlebridge room is one of our most popular venue options for a wide range of events.

  • Kings Place Gallery and Music Foyer

    Flexible spaces, whether it’s to host lunchtime catering from our food stall menu or an evening drinks and bowl food reception after your daytime conference.

    These spaces are used for catering and exhibition for clients using our larger spaces of Hall One and Hall Two.

  • St Pancras Room

    This is a modern space with wooden floors and LED changeable colour wash lighting. Suitable for smaller conferences but conveniently located close to Hall One and Hall Two, it is also an ideal breakout room.

    The room has excellent acoustics for presentations, meetings, small conferences, dinners and drinks receptions.

  • Rotunda Bar and Restaurant

    Rotunda can be used as an additional catering space as part of a daytime event or is an excellent option for a VIP dinner in the restaurant or private dining room or why not book an area in the bar or on the terrace for post-conference drinks?

    Overlooking the picturesque Regents’ Canal, the recently refurbished Rotunda restaurant, bar and private dining room are available for hire in full or in part.

  • Limehouse, Wenlock and Horsfall Rooms

    Our smallest spaces, these rooms are suitable for meetings and events from 10 to 37 delegates.

    The rooms are all located on level -2 so make great offices and small breakouts to use in conjunction with a full venue hire or larger conference.

  • Gallery Room

    An executive multi-purpose room with marbled floors, offset with acoustic panelled walls and ceilings. Built in AV facilities, 75” UHD 4K TV, Apple TV, 3D Blu Ray player with ultra HD, microphones, cloakroom.

    The perfect space for boardroom meetings, presentations, small conferences and private dining.
