Used on their own or as part of a larger event, our meeting rooms accommodate from 10 to 100 delegates.
We offer a range of catering options to suit smaller meetings in these spaces.
They also work very well as a breakout room as part of a larger meeting or conference in one of the halls.

St Pancras Room
This is a modern space with wooden floors and LED changeable colour wash lighting. Suitable for smaller conferences but conveniently located close to Hall One and Hall Two, it is also an ideal breakout room.
The room has excellent acoustics for presentations, meetings, small conferences, dinners and drinks receptions.

Battlebridge Room
Located on the ground floor, the space can be split into two sections making this a super flexible and functional space whilst benefiting from luxurious touches of copper, marble and light wood.

Gallery Room
An executive multi-purpose room with marbled floors, offset with acoustic panelled walls and ceilings. Built in AV facilities, 75” UHD 4K TV, Apple TV, 3D Blu Ray player with ultra HD, microphones, cloakroom.

Limehouse, Wenlock and Horsfall Rooms
Our smallest spaces, these rooms are suitable for meetings and events from 10 to 37 delegates.
