Production is a critical element of events here at Kings Place and our spaces come with a higher level of technical inclusions and staffing than you may find in other venues.
We have a vast, experienced production department that can assist with every element of your event production, from contemporary stage furniture to comprehensive streaming and broadcast packages. We have a number of industry partners we work with for additional services and are also happy for you to bring in your preferred production company.

Our live streaming options allow for a high level of engagement, longevity, monetisation and data capturing opportunities for your event. Streamed via a bespoke micro-site an event can be viewed live online to allow global reach. It may also be recorded and shared without the constraint of time and date.

We’ve worked with our preferred streaming partner to put together a package, enabling you to increase engagement, longevity, data capturing opportunities and also the opportunity to monetise this. Recording and Broadcasting
We offer a number of recording, audio and broadcasting packages, managed by our in-house team who know the venue like the back of their hand. These packages allow us to capture the important elements of the event, while providing you with a key marketing tool to promote the event and any future events long after the event day.

Branding Opportunites
Kings Place offers plenty of opportunities to get your brand noticed, allowing you to continue to communicate with your delegates outside the conference sessions.
We offer many different ways to bring your brand to life in the venue in partnership with a local graphics and printing company and have a comprehensive look-book of examples available. We love a challenge and are committed to helping you turn your ideas into reality. The team work with a number of carefully selected suppliers but are open to collaborating with your chosen partners too.

IT Connectivity
We have a complimentary Wi-Fi network in Kings Place with a shared bandwidth of up to 25Mbps. We use the Ruckus system which is considered to be one of the leading providers in the global market. During most conferences active connections rarely exceed 400 users at once and the system handles traffic of this volume well.
We are also able to offer customisation of this network for your delegates if you would like this service.If demand is likely to exceed 400 connections or you are using the Wi-Fi proactively during an event (i.e. everybody in Hall 1 downloading something at the same time) then we recommend that we review the option of dedicated bandwidth.
